“I was lucky enough to have Donna Bozza answer the phone when I called. I knew nothing of her, nor she of me, but she quickly grasped my situation and needs. The really nice thing is that we quickly became friends. She was outstanding in her marketing plan, which agreed exactly with my lawyer's suggestions. She also was very organized, kept me informed and always asked my permission before making a decision. I followed her suggestions for staging and needed repairs, and when the house went on the market it sold within 10 days at a very fair price and no contingencies, despite the sever limitations made necessary by the pandemic. She also went out of her way to help me. An example: One evening when I was not feeling well she stayed alone at the house to continue downsizing preparations that were not her responsibility. In short, Donna is a top notch real estate agent, and I recommend her unconditionally. There were no problems at all with the sale. It was actually a pleasant process, something I hadn't expected.
